Sunday Breakfast: Simple Quiche

Ok, memorize this recipe, you'll want to use it all the time!
Super simple!
All you need is whatever dish you're baking it in (greased or cooking spray-ed of course), then follow this simple formula:
1 cup milk + 2 eggs + 1/2 cup biscuit mix + 1/2 c meat/cheese/veg etc.
You can increase this however you'd like!
For example, I made this today in an 8 x 13 baking dish with 6 eggs, 3 c milk, 1 1/2 biscuit mix, 1 1/2 c ham, bacon and cheese.
For four of us it was great- and there was even enough left over for a couple of lunches this week. (I would say breakfast but DH said I should pack it in his lunch for work instead.)
