If you somehow haven't heard of Yerdle yet, then not only are you not following me on Facebook (as you should be) but more importantly, you're totally missing out on some of the best deals you can find anywhere.

This is my Pantene Pro-V Influenster Vox Box and I'm super excited to tell you all about it. 

I got the Smooth and Sleek set, which is sooo what I need right now- my hair gets all kinds of dry and frizzy in the winter and it's super hard to deal with my curls.

Actually, it's about 6 inches longer now and I, as my predecessors before me, am going gray. Suuuucks. But, I digress. So, this Smooth and Sleek Shampoo and Conditioner from Pantene, I can't wait to use it because:

It tames frizz and controls flyaways (which of course I deal with daily being a curly-headed person!) 

It helps protect against humidity (uh, I work in an industrial kitchen, so...yeah.)

It leaves your hair all smooth and shiny and healthy! (Who couldn't use some more of that???

The Minion Dave talking action figure is based on the adorable character in the movie Despicable Me 2 from Universal Studios. The hilarious character also appeared in the original Despicable Me movie, and is very popular with pretty much anybody who has seen either of the movies. Which one is he? Um...BANANA!
Dave is about 8 inches tall, soft, interactive, and (of course) battery operated. (Oh, and funny- did I mention funny?) Really though, when my older 2 kiddos and I saw these @ Walmart the other day, we probably stood there for a good 15 minutes playing with them. WANT!

Here's the Lowdown:

* Press or touch interactive parts for specific actions and responses (the top of his chest pocket, the back of his tongue, etc.)
* Original movie voice is accurate, clear, and *ahem* easy to understand. (As easy as a minion can be anyway).
* Includes 55 Minion sayings taken directly from the movie- no fake crud here!
* Requires two AA batteries (included- which is good b/c I don't want to figure out how to put more in!)
* Recommended for ages 4 and up, but I'd give this to a toddler...I mean, I'd supervise of course, but I can't see anything falling off and choking the kid.
What Makes the Despicable Me 2 Minion Dave Talking Action Figure such a cool toy?
One of the three talking minions, which are available in the Despicable Me 2 toy lineup, Minion Dave has a "banana mode" that your little ones will absolutely love. (We did!) You might even laugh to when you press on Dave's tongue, and he responds by saying "Banana!" and then greets you with a disgusting fart when you move his head or push his pocket. Definitely not high-brow entertainment, but just as cute as hearing "It's so fluffy I'm gonna die!" thirteen times in a row from our 8 yr old.
Dave has a "super banana mode" when you press his tongue twice. Yes, as expected, another even louder fart is delivered here. There are also dozens of different sayings and noises which your child will remember from the 3-D movies starring Dave, and it is really nice to have a toy deliver a movie voice accurately.
Also, as a parent, it is nice when you hear a different, unique saying every time. Dave does not just recycle a few sayings over and over. The audio recordings are really high quality, and though the toy is durable, it is made with a soft touch rubber skin that is kind of cool in a flexi-squishy way.
Dave is flexible when you move him around, and his eyes move left and right, open and close, so your child feels like Dave is a playmate, and not just a toy. Not just for children, this would make a great addition to anyone with an officially licensed movie memorabilia collection.
If your child is a big fan of the Despicable Me movies, then the Despicable Me 2 Minion Dave Talking Action Figure is a great toy selection at a mid-level price.

I saw Snoozies yesterday at Hastings and HAD to have them.
Seriously.
Ok, so I didn't just see them and wanted them- I TOUCHED Snoozies.
OMG. These are quite possibly the softest things I have ever felt. It's like wearing kittens on my feet. Snoozies are soft and warm and comfy. OH! And they have non-skid on the bottom too, so no worries about sliding around the kitchen or living room or anything.
Really, if you even have ONE woman you're buying for this year- get them Snoozies!!!
They will totally love you for it- and you'll want to get a pair for yourself too. Really. Think newborn kittens. But on your toes. Yeah.

Got to try the New Glade Expressions thanks to BuzzAgent and I have loved them! I received coupons for free Oil Diffusers and Fragrance Mist, so I chose the Pineapple and Mangosteen scent as well as Cotton and Italian Mandarin. I had to get both in the mist since for some reason I couldn't seem to find the Oil Diffusers anywhere near me!

The Good: They smell wonderful and the scent is strong without being 'perfumy' or overbearing. The dispensers are simple and tasteful- no frou-frou stuff here!

The Bad: It's easy to use them constantly, which makes you run out faster. There aren't many scents yet, so if you don't like one, you may have to wait a while for other scents to come out.

The Ugly: They're priced a smidge higher than what I'm used to, so this is more a special occasion thing as opposed to a day-to-day spray.
